⮚Subject to the warranty below, this product is warranted by ‘Trampolines Nationwide’ against defects in materials and workmanship of the product from the date of original sale for the following periods:
– FRAME: 1 YEAR
– MATTING: 1 YEAR
– STITCHING: 6 MONTHS
– SPRINGS: 6 MONTHS
– PADDING: 6 MONTHS
– FENCING: 6 MONTHS
⮚This trampoline is designed for use on a soft level surface, use on a hard or uneven surfaces will accelerate wear.
⮚ Any damages caused as a result of use on hard or uneven surfaces are not covered under this warranty.
⮚This trampoline is designed for use by one person at a time, use by more than one person at any time will void this warranty.
⮚This warranty shall not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, faulty installation, mishandling or damage in transit, misapplication, improper maintenance or neglect, modification or use of unauthorized replacement parts.
⮚The manufacturer reserves the right to wave any claims, if in there opinion the equipment has been subject to any of the above.
⮚This warranty does not cover rust
⮚To obtain service under this warranty, the client shall provide a claim in writing along with photos and the original invoice along with the installer / assembly companies name telephone number and company stamp
⮚The company will charge for all goods returned to trampolines nationwide under the above warranty, if collected and re delivered by our transport.
⮚The company does not deal with insurance claims.
Trampolines nationwide will also not accept or have any other responsibility or liability whatsoever, for or in relation to, the product including liability for negligence whether accidental, consequential, or the cause directly or indirectly of damages, injuries etc.
